ABOUT PROJECT

Being a public servant for about 10 years, there're many people came to my office seeking help, either for legal advice or proper procedure to solve their problems. More often than not, there're some cases when brought to me, the golden time expired. For example, a senior couple came to see me as their son was arrested and detained for many days in police station which they did not know the exact reason; a house owner came to seek for help after getting notice to tear down part of his house building as he did not know he needs to get approval for the renovation work. When i asked them why did not come earlier, usually they will give 2 answers, either they do not know they shall get legal advice or they think that it is too troublesome for them to come and wait in a loop just to meet me due to many visitors at the same time. Hence, we decide to find a solution.

For people who need to seek for legal advice or consultancy sessions, they can download our mobile app so that they can ask question via this mobile app instead of coming to meet us. By having this mobile app, users can save their time and money, easily to get connected with us. It is just like bringing a lawyer or consultant with you whenever and wherever you are.

To build this mobile apps, we gather a group of team from different professional back ground so that our target to serve you the best could be achieved.

身为一名超过10年的社区服务者，我们经常遇到许多居民前来寻求法律咨询援助或寻求协助。当中有些居民前来寻求协助时，已经错过了黄金时机，如有一对年老的夫妇，由于孩子多天没回家，前来寻求协助，然后，经过查询，原来他们的孩子被囚禁在警察局几天了；另外还有一位业主得到政府的罚单，要求业主在14天内把部分建筑物拆除，经过查询，原来业主不知道在做装修之前需要得到准证，结果如今得不偿失。
当我问他们为什么不早一点前来。他们往往给的答案是他们不知道要找律师或他们认为找律师要获得免费咨询是很麻烦的，需要在队伍中等待（由于很多人在同一时间前来)。因此，我们要为人民解决这个问题。
